Podere di Pillore is the name of our olive grove that stretches over seven acres in the heart of the hills north of Fiesole, near the village of Caldine in Tuscany. Our farmhouse dates back to 1392 and used to belong to the Maddalena Convent (Convento della Maddalena).

Our olive oil draws on long-standing tradition and expertise. This includes using organic fertilizers and cyclic pruning; our olives are hand-picked and carefully selected for pressing.

Our antique terracotta jars from Impruneta provide ideal conditions for decanting oil since temperature control and the purification process are completely natural.

As a result, our Tuscan olive oil is highly unusual and special since its distinctive biological characteristics are respected, making it a superior product of the very finest quality.
